Tonight's training session was efficient and light. I was also able to add some new equipment to the gym. My old Competitor 600 Bench that my parent's bought me about fifteen years ago, and curl rack/bench combination. Not the best equipment in the world, but it should get the job done. Tonight's session included: Squat: 2x10 bar, 1x10 95lbs., 1x10 135lbs., 1x5 185lbs, 3x8 225lbs.-much easier than last Wednesday's session
Barbell Shrug: 1x15 bar, 1x10 95lbs. 4x10 135lbs. Orange Band Goodmornings: 4x10
Plate Front Raises: 3x10 w/ 25lb. plate
Took advantage of my Hookgrip knee sleeves tonight. They are XL. Next time I will purchase L. They are tight, but not tight enough for what I need right now.
