May 7, 2017 Hammer Clinic at Nazareth College

Our coaching team at Forza Athletics is proud to announce our first Hammer clinic to be held on Sunday, May 7, 2017, from 9am-11am at Nazareth College.

Open to high school throwers currently enrolled in 9th-12th grade.

Dr. Charles Infurna and Luis Rivera will instruct throwers on proper warm-ups, hammer drill progressions, and a throwing session. Open to the first 10 registrants.
