A few days ago the guys from Unchartered Performance posted an interview they conducted with Jud Logan, 4x Olympian in the Hammer Throw and current Head Coach of the Ashland Eagles. In his interview, Jud talks about a light giver, someone that can shine a brighter light on you than you can shine on yourself.
