Week 2 Day 1

Tonight's training session was efficient and light.  I was also able to add some new equipment to the gym.  My old Competitor 600 Bench that my parent's bought me about fifteen years ago, and curl rack/bench combination.  Not the best equipment in the world, but it should get the job done.  Tonight's session included:
Squat: 2x10 bar, 1x10 95lbs., 1x10 135lbs., 1x5 185lbs, 3x8 225lbs.-much easier than last Wednesday's session


Barbell Shrug: 1x15 bar, 1x10 95lbs. 4x10 135lbs.
Orange Band Goodmornings: 4x10


Plate Front Raises: 3x10 w/ 25lb. plate


Took advantage of my Hookgrip knee sleeves tonight.  They are XL.  Next time I will purchase L.  They are tight, but not tight enough for what I need right now.

    Charles Infurna

    Dr. Infurna is an active powerlifter and thrower.  He has recently shifted his focus to training for Triathlon races.  His next race is the Rochester Sprint Triathlon at the end of August, 2019.
